My name is Laurie Baus.  I have been married for 17 years to my husband, Tony.  We have two beautiful daughters and one handsome son.  Randi is 22 years old and Kate is 12 years old.  Our son, Drew, is 7 years old.  I love my children very much and I am having a fabulous time watching them grow and learn!

 

 I am originally from South Louisiana.  I graduated with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from McNeese State University, in Lake Charles, Louisiana.  Currently, I am a graduate student at Sam Houston State University in Library Science.

 

This is my 19th year of teaching and I love it!  I have taught both second and third grade and I am looking forward to another wonderful year!
